Jennifer has 20+ years of experience in driving human-centered innovations to design products, services, environments and ecosystems with impact and the behavioral change to support it. Her previous creative leadership roles include several of the best-known and most successful companies in experience design and digital innovation such as Facebook, frog design, Apple and others. Equal parts business strategist and creative visionary, Jennifer’s teams continuously create award-winning design work and hold hundreds of patents across industries.
Jennifer is inspired by the next generation of Design Thinkers. She has been a guest lecturer in the graduate design, technology, and social-innovation programs of New York University, IIT, and The School for Visual Arts, and was formerly on the board of the New Media Consortium and a chair for Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). She has judged major design awards competitions and spoken on design at leading global forums.
In her current role as Digital Partner in the New York office of McKinsey & Company, she helps global clients use design to strategically think about their business from a customer and data perspective, drive new concepts to address the pain points, gaps and opportunities and design, launch and refine experiences in market.
